If you have a concern or complaint about the way we have handled your personal information, please contact us first so we can address it.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may refer your complaint to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) via www.oaic.gov.au.

6. Overseas disclosure

We may store your personal information using secure cloud services where the provider’s servers are located overseas. We ensure that the provider does not use your information for their own purposes and that we retain control over your data.

7. Destruction of personal information

When we no longer require your personal information and are not legally required to retain it, we will take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify it. Under the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009, we must keep credit records for at least seven years.

8. Direct Marketing

We may send you marketing communications if you have given us your consent. You may opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time by contacting us or using the “unsubscribe” link in our emails.
